Good morning everyone! We're still rocking and rolling here in Phoenix! It's a blustery day, but the blue skies and 65 degrees (18 C for my metric friends) are so wonderful! Especially when I read about blizzards happening to my friends back east. I'll stick with a windy, "chilly" day here any time!
Did you celebrate Valentine's Day? I was lucky enough to have another Valentine's Day with my beautiful bride and girls. I filled up the kitchen and family room with red balloons and roses, and my beautiful bride made extremely yummy treats, homemade pound cake (perfectly warmed up with vanilla bean ice cream) and pink strawberry cookies. People wonder why we make sure to swiftly walk 3 - 5 miles every day, that's why! I like to eat and I married a great cook, so I better stay active or else my next car will be a forklift!
