Good morning everyone! It's already Spring, but in Phoenix, we're hitting summer! We were in the chilly pool this weekend! It hit 95 degrees on Saturday, but the pool was a chilly 70! It was AMAZING! We'll soak all the chilliness in now because by the end of June, the pool will be 90+!
My beautiful bride tried her best to calm our pooches as me and the girls cannonballed our way into refreshing water! Barkley earned his namesake by hollering every time we jumped in the pool while our newest addition Maggie zoomed around the pool, taking in all the excitement. It was a great time!
It turns out we're not the only ones enjoying Phoenix. We were a top city last year for people leaving cold, or expensive, locations. Zillow called Phoenix one of the hottest markets in the country! We're staying put, but it's interesting to hear how many people are moving here. Did you move in the past year? I'm still amazed at what homes are going for. I'm glad we bought our place four years ago! I couldn't afford it now, LOL! Here's a cool
