Good morning everyone! I hope you had a fantastic week! We’ve been busy listing new settlements, cranking up new investigations, and, of course, digging into new class actions. To say our world class editorial team has been busy is a massive understatement.
I received a note from Bridget asking about the Chipotle settlement. It’s an important reminder to keep submitting claims for every settlement you qualify for. Don’t just submit one claim and be disappointed when it gets delayed. Submit dozens of claims, for everything you qualify for, and you’ll start receiving payments after six months or so. If you only do it once who knows when you’ll get paid.
Just like anything in life, if you keep trying and keep working, you’ll see a higher return rate. So please, my friends, keep submitting those claims!
