I might be in the mountains, but that doesn't mean I'm not working! Every morning, after battling the big hills with my beautiful bride, I'm on the phone talking to my team and our awesome clients. This week I've been focused on getting more class action settlements and investigations for you. It's been a good week, so keep your eyes peeled for more cases. I also spent some time talking to a corporate counsel specialist (he advises corporate attorneys) and emphasized that I love pushing companies that put their customers first in settlements—the companies that see a class action settlement as a way to help reward their beloved customers and show their exceptional care for them. I'll keep pushing that message. If a big corporation has to pay out a settlement, they should make sure their customers know they're doing their best to make it right and keep them as customers.
