Good morning, everyone! I hope you had a fantastic weekend! Here in Arizona, we've been getting lots of rain. Oodles and oodles. As it happens in the desert, when we get lots of rain all at once, things flood. Up
here in the mountains, I found out two things: One, there's a very leaky window, and two, when it floods outside, instead of draining around the covered patio (where it's fun to watch the rain), it drains right through it. Ugh. We've just got a week left in this rental, so it likely won't be fixed until we're long gone. I just spent an hour cleaning up the patio so we can have dinner outside, but one guess what it's doing now? Yep, dumping rain. Here's hoping it doesn't flood again, and we can enjoy our dinner al fresco! My goal is to make my beautiful bride smile every day, and if there's one thing that makes her smile, it's dinner on the
patio. I'll do my best to make it happen.
