MESSAGE FROM SCOTT HARDY
Good morning, everyone! I'm back in the heat! Holy moly, I was spoiled in Show Low! I came back to a low of 85 and a high of 110. It's so hot I couldn't even make it four miles the first few days. My beautiful bride let me end our walks around the 3.5 mile point so I could cool down and get ready for coffee, conversation, and kisses! Is that too much information? We high five after our walks, share a smooch, then cool down for a few minutes before coffee. Unfortunately it's so darned hot now we just stare out the window for our outside fix, because we need the air conditioning! Hopefully we'll be able to enjoy our patio in a few weeks, or maybe September. OK, who am I kidding, probably October....

My beautiful bride shared a tidbit of advice for all of the young parents out there. Always buy your kids stuffed animals in twos (or threes or fours.) When Aubrey was little she always carried her stuffed duck with her. One time it stayed in a shopping cart at the grocery store and beloved Ducky was lost—thankfully briefly. After recovering Ducky, we had to hunt for a secondary Ducky, just in case. I was able to find one, and to this day we still have Ducky #1 and Ducky #2. Once your babbling baby latches onto a favorite, you'll never want to take the primary to the grandparents house, or out and about, just in case!

On the work front, it's been another busy week of new settlements and investigations. Please make sure to check each section and get involved! Maybe it's finally your turn to be lead plaintiff in a class action! If you missed us on Facebook, I'll be back in a few weeks live and answering more questions on class actions we cover. Make sure to Like and Follow us so you're in the loop.

That's all for now! Make it a great week!

Warm Regards,
Scott Hardy
