Good morning, everyone! It's another great week in the books, with more settlements, more investigations, and more lawsuits launched! That's pretty darn awesome. I also inched closer to getting you more settlements than ever. It's a process, this entrepreneurship thing! I've been at it thirteen years and we're making great headway into the justice system, with some
judges now demanding that Top Class Actions be included in the settlement advertising. That's great news for you!
Important note, if you or a parent or grandparent took Neuriva, make sure to check out this settlement. No proof of purchase? No problem! Just click through to the settlement administrator, submit your
email address, and they'll send you an email with a confirmation code and claim ID so you can claim your $20. Got receipts? You can claim up to $65!
Entrepreneurship is hard. Super hard. There were lots of weeks I didn't get paid, and I thought about selling the company or just completely shutting down. The thing is, you just have to be persistent and continue iterating. Because it's so hard I want to give a quick shoutout to a fellow entrepreneur.
A friend of mine, Tim, just launched Boppr. They're cool NFC tags that stick to your phone, and when you meet someone you want to share
your information with, you just bop them! Current iPhones and Android phones automatically see the information you share with that person, no app needed. Just want to share your social media IDs, but not your full contact info? You can do that. Are they a new business contact and you want them to have everything from your email address to your mom's home phone number? You can do that, too. Share what you want.
I just ordered a bunch for my team (100 to be exact). If I see you in Vegas for one of the upcoming conferences, I'll be Bopping you rather than giving you a business card. Be ready! If you want a TCA-branded Boppr, just ask. I'll have some in my pockets to hand to friends. Otherwise, hit the website and order one. Help a fledgling business get some traction!
I'm off to have my morning coffee with my beautiful bride. It's that wonderful fifteen minutes between dropping the kids off atschool and starting work—a great way to get the day rolling.
