MESSAGE FROM SCOTT HARDY
Good morning, everyone! We're wrapping up August—can you believe it? Our girls are back in school, many of you have kids back or starting soon, and households around the country are getting quieter (at least until the kids get home!). Here at TCA, we're kicking butt and working to continue to improve your experience. Lately we've been focused on things you see (we'll be reorganizing how you view settlements in the future) along with things you don't see (there's an entirely new team of people reviewing Start a Class Action submissions). It's part of our core value of Excellence. We want to continuously improve so that you have a better experience, year after year.

We just made some key hires, so that's great news for us. From our Sales teams, to our Editorial teams, to our Marketing teams, we've got new faces joining us every month. We'll keep growing and adding more people to the Top Class Actions brain trust. That means more points of view and more people telling us how we can improve things around here. Pretty awesome!

We're even talking about (gasp!) getting an actual office in downtown Phoenix. Yep. Maybe. After 13 years, we might go from fully virtual to part-time in person. That would be a shock. Nothing is set yet—we're in very preliminary discussions—but we'll see what happens! I've got to make sure my Phoenix team actually wants to swing by an office a few days a month, otherwise what's the point? I'm pretty happy in my home office, so I'd better be all-in before signing a lease. I'll see what the team wants to do! For now, I'm thinking an afternoon coffee with my beautiful bride sounds good.

That's all for now! Make it a great week!

Warm Regards,
Scott Hardy
President & CEO
